The Beauty Company opened its doors in 1984, striving to create an inviting atmosphere for women to relax and pamper themselves in both mind and body. Located in a renovated and charming bungalow on Washington Road, the warm, spa-like ambiance of the salon provides a sense of serenity as you are placed in the care of the experienced stylists.
The Beauty Company has continued to grow in high regard and in clientele. We at The Beauty Company believe in giving back to our community as we host a quarterly at risk youth shadow day along with being Look Good Feel Better certified Hair Stylist (American Cancer Society).
Our salon is located in the heart of East Point just minutes from Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport, Midtown, & Downtown with convenient access to I-85, I-75 and 285. We specialize in helping you look your prettiest through expert hair treatments and restoration services for women.

After 24 years as a salon owner, this award winning stylist joined forces with The Beauty Company to bring designer updos and expert color to the team. She is passionate about using the industry's best best new clients to help her clients maintain healthy, fabulous hair.
This second generation celebrity stylist gained her eye for versatile styles working with all hair textures from around the world. Her work has graced the covers and pages of editorial magazines along with red carpet events such as Television Shows, Steller Awards, NAACP Awards and more. Rakeemah is the salon's go-to stylist for weaves and custom cuts.
Born and raised in Atlanta, GA, Val is one of the original team members of our salon. Specializing in making our clients look and feel great, Val's haircare techniques mirrors her sophisticated Southern class. Roller sets, custom styling and restoration treatments keep Val's clients coming back year after year.
